    Compressor $40

Just saw this in today's papers.

Harbor Freight is advertising in both papers a 3 gallon, 100 PSI compressor for $39.91.

It's a "WOW" coupon in the "Smart Source" coupon flyer (Back Page) that is stuffed into the Sunday paper.

I can't find it online so you may have to look in the Sunday paper.

I wonder how similar it is to the one that caught fire in Tim's shop.

I wouldn't buy a compressor from HF but I do occassionally buy selected items. I got a 15 gallon battery operated tank sprayer there this spring that works pretty well. I use it to spray roundup. I put the tank w/pump in my little garden trailer and pull it with the lawnmower. The pump leads are connected to the lawnmower battery.

I bought one of those for the place that I just left. (their dime)

I only used it to blow out vacuum cleaner filters, AC condensation lines, and small pneumatic tires on our carts

It is quieter than my similarly sized Porter cable, but takes forever to pump itself back up to pressure

    Really good information!

a.k.a. Quieter than the PC but less pump capacity.
