    Thanks, Leo. I'm super critical on what I do and like really crisp lines. Up close it's not razor sharp, but from a typical viewing distance of a few feet it does look much better. My friend is pretty jazzed about it, so that's really what matters I guess. It has 10 blue LED lights in the base that add a neat touch.

    I would really look forward to seeing your projects using plexi or polycarbonate materials.

    On some of the forums I go to some people "flame polish" the edges. Just a little heat from a torch will melt the plastic just enough to remove some of the machining lines and blend things together.

    I wonder how a little pencil torch would work on the text.
