    A thing of beauty.

    Love that old rugged frame.

    About the firewood.

Mid 80'2 today and mid 90's tomorrow.

I am stacking my 2 cords for 2017/2018 heating season.

I am sure my end of next month there will be a fire in the woodstove.

The warmest we have had during my lifetime was some 35 degrees celsius. A tad below 100 degrees fahrenheit.
That is terribly hot. Too hot to get any serious work done. Too hot to sleep. All who could were just sitting in the shadow drinking water.

30 degrees (around 90 fahrenheit) is comfortable heat. I would like to get a spell of your weather..... but preferably not anything hotter than 90 fahrenheit.

The adjustable wheel brush is in place. I found this cast iron bracket at the scrap yard and made the rest.

That looks really good. It's going to look great once it's all cleaned up and painted.

Now the saw is all painted and assembled. The only missing parts are the electrics and the mounting plate for the switch box. I need to earn some money before I can buy the electric parts so I will take a break from this project.

This project is just a sideline. My main occupation is daily training to recover my health. I have made very good progress lately. My chonical back pain is now completely gone. I had it for 12 years. I am getting stronger for every week and the doctor and the physioterapist predict a more or less full recovery.
Thanks godness for public health care. This saw is an important part in my plans for a new career after recovery.

Yes, that is a beast....a good looking beast.

Working with all of that cast iron can't be good on the back.

That's no problem because I have the correct equipment for the job.
    Massey-Ferguson 165 with a front loader.

That thing looks awesome and will be a joy to use once it's up and running. I'm glad to hear that you're recovering well.
