    Here I am, a Woodturner

    lesbrandt@mac.com
I was invited to join a couple years ago and did but didn't have the work or confidence to participate. I don't spend a lot of time on the computer but want to learn from you all.
I work on my Lathe or pieces most days and have for the last four years. I enjoy good form but am starting to do more and more decorating.

    OhO! YOU are an artist!

Good to meet you, Les - wish ya'd spoken up long ago; I'd'a like to've watched your progression.

This forum requires neither works nor confidence to post. Ok, barely enough confidence to speak up, but that's all.

    Welcome to WoW, Les.

I'm no turner...yet. But it's on my bucket list.

That's an interesting piece you posted up there. You get an M&M/atta-boy/click from me.

Being a "professional" doesn't make you good. It just means you try to make $$$ on what you do. Being an "amateur" doesn't make your work mediocre. It just means you care more about the work itself than the $$$.

    Welcome aboard.
